Timberline is a residential/vacation community nestled on Cabin Mountain and along the Blackwater River in Canaan Valley near Davis, West Virginia. Locally referred to as “Old Timberline” we are a diverse community of individuals that love the natural beauty of the area and appreciate the opportunity to be close to nature.
